Products and Distribution - Business Development Executive (6 nos.)

Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai

You are an energetic person, who is able to effectively present and communicate your ideas and solutions to our customers.

Job Description:

  1. You will generate new revenue by selling Integra’s products and services, and managing the partner network to enable sales through partners.
  2. You will be responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients, while growing business with your existing clients.
  3. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners and bringing them on board.
  4. You will possibly create product collateral/ presentations
  5. Experience in B2B and B2C selling of Software’s (Internal and cloud based)
  6. Including Software sales

Duties:

  1. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through direct and indirect (partner) sales
  2. Create and maintain account and territory plans
  3. Learn the product and be able to demonstrate to clients
  4. Work with technical teams to define customer requirements and deliver PoC
  5. Work with business development team to define and execute sales and marketing campaigns
  6. Add new partners to the partner network, while train and nurture existing ones.
  7. Accurately forecast revenue
  8. Participate in partner events/ or marketing events

Requirements:

  1. A go-getter.
  2. 0-4 years of IT sales experience.
  3. Experience in selling to C-level executives.
  4. Ability to articulate products and solutions, and their value to customers and partners.
  5. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in English and another local language.
  7. Ability to communicate across diverse teams.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  9. A minimum Bachelor’s degree. MBA from reputed institute is preferred.

Products and Distribution - Region manager, South (2 nos.)

Job Description:

  1. You will manage and motivate sales teams across geographies in the South – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala
  2. You will manage a portfolio of products
  3. You will manage product OEMs
  4. You will manage the partner network in your geography
  5. Experience in Software Sales

Duties:

  1. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  2. Work with OEMs and System Integrators to achieve your business goals
  3. Engage with end customers to acquire large deals
  4. Drive sales teams to achieve their respective product sales targets
  5. Work with business development team to define and execute sales and marketing campaigns
  6. Create product collateral/ presentations/ business proposals
  7. Add new partners to the existing partner network, while nurture existing partners to enable indirect sales
  8. Participate in partner/ marketing events

Requirements:

  1. A go-getter.
  2. 5-10 years of IT sales experience
  3. Documented experience in winning large deals
  4. Experience in selling to C-level executives
  5. Ability to articulate products and solutions, and their value to customers and partners
  6. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Proficiency in English and another local language
  8. Ability to communicate across diverse teams
  9. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
