Today, 60% of software related services in the IT industry are executed through consulting or resource augmentation. The consulting services enable customers to not only focus and leverage on their core strength like product/ IP building, but also save on overheads such as recruitment, ramp-up/ down, training etc which can be taken care by the partner company.

Envisaging growth in consulting model of engagement with customers, we introduced consulting business division as a logical extension to our software services charter with the vision to provide technical competence and engineering strength to our customers. Typical consulting engagements are in the areas of software design, development, integration, testing, implementation, lifecycle maintenance, porting, migration, technical publication, localisation, project management and other related areas.

Consulting services of Integra started off with Motorola India, Bangalore in March 1996 to leverage on our expertise in the areas like UNIX and C, the services later extended to cover wider areas. During the last ten years, our consulting business has grown from strength to strength.

Our today’s strength in consulting business is due to confidence reposed by customers in our engineering and re-engineering capabilities. This has helped us emerge not only as one of the leading consulting service providers in India and but also as the preferred partner for a select few customers. We have built long lasting relationships with our customers over time on mutual trust, understanding, and quality of services provided by us and our engineers.

The success of consulting business lies in understanding the customer requirement clearly and providing engineers with the right skill set and required experience with a minimal turn around time, so that the customer projects are initiated in shortest possible time frame. The stringent recruitment policies followed by mandatory training and re-engineering sessions practiced by us enable our engineers to walk into any customer project confidently, quickly adapt and then deliver in shortest possible time. Our engineers come with depth in technology and rich experience in product development.
