The Role

As a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager at Integra, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the FinTech and BFSI sectors, with a specific focus on our transformative financial inclusion solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with Public Sector Banks, NBFCs, and government entities, and showcasing how Integra’s platforms can address their critical challenges in reaching underserved populations.

Your work will directly contribute to initiatives that bring essential banking services to the last mile, mirroring the impact seen in our Doorstep Banking Platform case study, where we helped a PSB expand its active presence to over 5,000 new villages and facilitate 500,000 Aadhaar-enabled transactions per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target financial institutions and government organizations.
  • Present Integra’s comprehensive suite of financial inclusion solutions, including Doorstep Banking, Aadhaar Enabled Payment Systems (AEPS), and Agent-Assisted Digital Services.
  • Understand client needs and articulate how our technology can drive financial access, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the financial inclusion segment.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and solution implementation.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a driven and knowledgeable professional with a passion for leveraging technology to create social and economic impact.

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales or business development experience in the FinTech, BFSI, or IT services sector, with a proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions. Experience with financial inclusion products or government projects is highly advantageous.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of India’s financial services landscape, including knowledge of digital payments, Aadhaar ecosystem, and rural banking challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and craft tailored solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
